Digital platform for global ‘pioneers’ campaign
In my role as design lead at Impero Design, I was tasked with the responsibility of translating the creative concept of chalkboard art from the 'Pioneers of Marlborough' marketing campaign into the digital space.
This involved art direction, the development of the design direction, as well as its rollout to all subpages. Throughout the project, I worked closely with the in-house development team to ensure that the production process was seamless.

The Brief
Being involved from early on in the creation of Goodwhile, I was able to play a critical role in setting the business direction by forming the overarching brand strategy and positioning, developed the graphic identity, and ultimately delivered the entire branding suite, from website to promotional materials to art direction and photography of their product imagery.
Website
With a small collection of products, Goodwhile needed a streamlined e-commerce solution to be able to showcase the quality & uniqueness of their products as well as reflecting the price tag. With a small budget and quick turnaround, customizing a Shopify template was the solution.
Branding
By taking a minimalistic approach to branding, I allowed the product to take centre stage while seamlessly blending the elegance of old-worldly expeditions and nostalgic charm with a contemporary appeal.
Art Direction Photography
As the art director & photographer, I was responsible for the creation of Goodwhile's entire collection of image assets, which involved everything from shooting product images in the studio to capturing lifestyle campaign shoots in various locations around New Zealand and abroad.
